Sometimes the most powerful encouragement comes from someone who has lived the struggle themselves. In this episode of MPC, I share my story as a fifth-generation member of the A.O. Smith family and founder of The Builders Ministry. After battling depression for 56 years, I now use my testimony and renewed faith to help others break free from fear, anxiety, and emotional wounds. I talk about my journey growing up in a prominent Milwaukee business family, navigating a decades-long corporate career while carrying private pain, and eventually finding healing through intentional counseling, gratitude practices, and spiritual renewal. Today, The Builders Ministry exists to support people with broken hearts, offering hope, encouragement, and tools to help rebuild emotional and spiritual strength.
